5/17 Kasukabe TUESDAY CLASS
Today during the Kasukabe Tuesday class we worked on Kamae, Seiza-ho, Shikko-ho, Hiriki no yosei ichi and shomen uchi ikkajo osae ichi. It hasn't even been a month yet, but the Meiryukan Kasukabe beginners are moving along quickly.
