With the new member system we have been seeing an increase in visitors at almost all Meirykan clubs. Both kids and adults have picked up their training.
Recently we have been going through the Yoshinkan kokyu-ho. It is difficult to make a set form on a practice which involves matching ki/energy/breath etc. Each person is different therefore you need to adapt yet keep the form and more importantly the riai.
