We went through some sliding forward excercises before moving into shomen uchi ikkajo osae ichi, shomen uchi nikajo osae ichi, and a few various ways to break different grips. Finished the class with about 10 mins of test training.
It was nice to mix it up with some different body types. We worked on pivoting movements and shomen uchi yonkajo osae ni, suwari waza katate mochi nikajo osae ni, katate mochi hijiate kokyunage, katate aya mochi ikkajonage
