Recently in Sakado we have had quite a few people, both kids and adults come out to try a class. Last Sunday in the kids class we all worked on katate mochi shihonage 2 before breaking off in to groups to prepare for the upcoming Summer tests. As usual we finished off with a few minutes of fun with different challenges and games.
 

With some new faces in the adults class we started off with a basic movement - tai no henko 1, followed by the related technique, katate mochi sokumen iriminage 1. The remainder was test training. The Sakado test wil be held on Sunday July the 13th. For kids shodan and above, adults 3rd kyu and above the test will be held in Kasukabe on saturday, July the 5th.
