Meiryukan Kawagoe 12/18

Today in Kawagoe, for the first half we worked on 3rd control. yokomen uchi sankajo osae ni, suwari waza shomen uchi sankajo osae ni. Focus was on the cutting down timing in relation to the step back. As well we went into some detail on the proper grip and wrist control. For the second half we played with throwing techniques. Inside and outside turning movements conbined for both ikkajo and tai henko kokyunage.
