Nagareyama class 9/26

Today was test training in Nagareyama at the Hokubu dojo. 

We warmed up with going through all the basics - kamae, seiza-ho, shikko-ho, various ukemi, and 4 out of the 6 kihon dosa.

After that we split in to groups and practiced techniques.
