Hot weekday classes

It has been a hot and humid last week or two here in Japan. Nevertheless all have been out training hard.

The above pics are from the Noda Tuesday and Wednesday class. We slowed down the usual keiko pace to adapt for the weather - worked on 31 no jo on Tuesday and happo giri on Wednesday.

The pic to the left is from the Wednesday Omiya class. Tai no henko ichi, Shomen uchi shihonage, shomen uchi sokumen iriminage ni.
