春日部同好会12/23

 12/23は春日部同好会、今年最後の稽古となりました。

稽古内容は、少年部一般部共に来年1月20日に4年ぶりに行われる明龍館鏡開き式の内容です。

各科目に分かれて行いました。

 

今年も皆様のおかげで無事に終えることができました。

本当にありがとうございました。

また来年も元気に楽しく稽古をしていきましょう。

来年も何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

End of 2023 kids class

Today was our last class of 2023 at the Wednesday Noda club. Unfortunately due to flu season we had quite a few people who couldn`t attend. Nevertheless, a decent turn out.

We put the juniors and seniors class together, along with a few visitors from the neighbouring Kasukabe club. 

During the first 45 mins. we went through our basic warm-ups, then into some demonstration practice. We split up in to 4 groups, ages ranging from 3 to 12 years old, and the leader of each group watched over the training. Great cooperation and teamwork. We finished the keiko with some energetic jiyu-waza using up all the left over energy from this past year.

All worn out from our final training, next was game time... 

We made new groups and went through a tonne of different team challenges. Not only physical, but mental. Stamina, coordination, and concentration. Finished with aikido trivia and bingo for prizes.

A nice finish to another great year. More to come in 2024! Ganbarimashou!

 12/16、春日部同好会冬の審査が終わりました。

今回は少年部2名、一般部1名が受験しました。

流山稽古日誌12/9

来年の演武に向けて、演武稽古が開始されました。
普段はあまりやらない武器を使った稽古でしたが、
体術に活かせる動きを学ぶ良い機会でした。
組杖を指導していただきましたが、覚えられるか不安です。頑張らなければ！

冬の審査

急に寒くなり、みなさん体調は大丈夫でしょうか？！

インフルエンザが流行り、小学校・中学校で学級閉鎖や学年閉鎖、学校閉鎖が出ています。

睡眠をしっかりとりバランスのとれた食事、そして手洗いに適度な運動（合気道）で免疫力アップしてインフルエンザに負けないよう気を付けましょう！！

この前秋の審査が終わったと思ったら、もう冬の審査。今年最後の審査になります。

受験される方は必ず一週間前までに審査申込書をご提出ください(締切厳守)。

また、申込書に記入漏れがないか提出される前にご確認ください。会員番号、入会年月日、現段級位(取得年月)の記入漏れが多いですのでお気を付けください。

明龍館冬の審査は下記の日程予定です。

11/25春日部同好会

 春日部同好会の冬の審査は12/14と12/16になります。

審査を受けられる方は早めにお申し込みください。

11/25の春日部同好会稽古は審査稽古となりました。

まず少年部はいつものとおり、構え・膝行法・正座法・受け身から行い、みんなで幼年部上級科目である「片手綾持ち一ヶ条投げ」を行いました。

その後は別れて審査稽古です。

稽古の終わりには秋の審査合格者に免状が授与されました。

一般部は全員で正面打ち一ヶ条抑え(一)、横面打ち一ヶ条抑え(一)を行った後、別れて審査稽古を行いました。

体調管理に気を付け今年も最後まで頑張りましょう！！

Training to get better

Less than 3 weeks until the Winter tests. Classes are filling up... where was everyone the months prior?? More important than the time between tests, is the actual mat time. No need to rush, no need to compare to others... look at your keiko stamp card, look at your last test video... have you improved? or have you just not quit? Don`t strive for rank, strive to get better.

早いものでもう来月は師走です・・・１１／２５吹上

ふと気づけばもう来月は12月、一週間後は師走です。

早いもので、ついこの前素振り２０２３回で新年明けたとおもったら、もう次回企画を考えなくてはならない時期になりました。さあ、来年は何をやりましょうかね。

正月に酔いに任せて大それた目標をぶち上げましたが、怪我や故障ですっかり空振り。来年はリベンジの年になるのか？はたまた新たな目標をかかげるのか？？

 

吹上の皆さんは着々と地力を上げてきて、特に中高生の実力の向上は目覚ましいものがありました。このまま着実に伸びていって欲しいものです。やはり中高生クラスが効いているのかもしれません。

少年部についても人数こそ寂しいものの、その分いい稽古ができているのではないでしょうか？

一般部もシニアの皆さんは有段審査を徐々に進めており、ゆっくりとではありますが次のレベルに向けて前進しています。

初心者の方も今回審査を受けられますので、合格すれば晴れて初心者から初級者になります。自動車で言えば教習所を卒業して自分で公道を走れるようになる訳です。ぜひ良いドライブができるようう今回の初級審査は頑張ってほしいと思っています。

そして今年最後の稽古日はクリスマス会／納会があります。

審査を受ける方は審査で、受けない方は稽古で発散して楽しく過ごしましょう！！

もう冬⁈焼き芋が有難い季節です。・・・11/11吹上

吹上同好会が活動しているコスモスアリーナ吹上では、秋から春までフロントのところで焼き芋を売っています。11月はいきなり何日も夏日が続き、焼き芋を売り出していても暑苦しい感じがしていましたが、ここにきてあの熱さが有難くなるような気候になり、秋を通りこ

しもう冬のようです。

ただ、これから12月の審査に向けてギアを上げていく会員の皆さんにとってはむしろ稽古に向いたいい気候になってきているのかもしれません。

11日の吹上の稽古は少年部・一般部ともに入り身投げを行いました。

少年部：正面打ち正面入り身投げ（一）

一般部：片手持ち側面入り身投げ（一）、正面打ち側面入り身投げ（一）＋後技両手持ち三ヶ条抑え（一）

中高生クラスは座り技肩持ち側面入り身投げ（一）、片手持ち肘当て呼吸投げ（一）を行いその後審査稽古。

入り身投げはやはり入身するタイミングが大切ですね。早からず遅からず、相手の動きを妨げず尚且つ相手の動きを制する。言葉で聞いても「？」だと思いますが、なんとなくタイミングが掴めてくると、面白い技になってきますよ。

早いもので来月は12月・師走です。12月16日が吹上の審査、そして23日は稽古納め＋クリスマス会をおこないます。今週の稽古からクリスマス会の出欠を募りますので帰る時にお知らせください。

Kids test training

Here we are, the end of November and back to test training. We had quite a few new members join these last couple of months and they are now working hard towards their first aikido grading.

The 2 classes each Wednesday, additional training at the Saturday morning class, and even reviewing the weeks lessons at home while watching videos taking by parents or just instructional tips from Youtube.

The Noda Saturday tests will be on Dec. 9th, Tuesday tests on the 12th, and Wednesday tests on the 13th. Good luck to all!
 

Meiryukan Kazo 11/19

 ★少年部

それぞれ分かれて審査稽古を行いました。

最後は、それぞれの技を披露しました。

★一般

相対で、体の変更（一）（二）、臂力の養成（一）（二）を行い、

全員で、昇級の二ヶ条技を、側面入り身投げ（一）、正面入身投げ（二）を行いました。

Saturday at Meiryukan

This morning in Aikido Meiryukan Kasukabe we worked on ryote mochi waza

ryote mochi nikajo osae 1(tachi & suwari) ryote mochi kokyunage

Points were - balanced usage of both arms, not confusing the first movement with tenchinage, and timing of hand movements.

In the afternoon Nagareyama class we went through quite a few techniques.

hijishime, nikajo, sankajo, yonkajo, sokumen iriminage...

Weight down and proper posture, maintaining stability during big movements, turning on toes, back leg straight and heels down.
 

KAZO 11/5

 ★少年部

構え、正座法、膝行法、前方回転受身、後方回転受身を行った後、

「片手持ち二ヶ条抑え（一）」を行いました。

後半は分かれて、オレンジ帯は３～４級の内容を、白帯は9～10級の内容の稽古を行いました。

★一般

相対で臂力の養成を行ったあと、全員で「後技両手持ち三ヶ条抑え（二）」を行いました。

後半は、白帯は「正面打ち三ヶ条抑え（二）」を行い、色帯・4級は「後技両肘持ち三ヶ条（二）」を行いました。

最後はかかり稽古で、「後技両肘持ちから体変更呼吸投げ・呼吸投げ・小手返し」を行いました。

31 no jo awase

Today at the Meiryukan weapons class we worked on 31 no jo awase

The 31 solo steps are not all that complicated, however, matching your timing, distance, and kokyu with another is where real concentration comes in to play. You have to stay relaxed, but focused. Forget yourself and be concious of your partner.
 

11/3 Meiryukan instructor seminar

On Friday, November the 3rd Meiryukan held a mini seminar taught by two recently promoted 4 dan instructors - The Noda club representative, Tanaka sensei and the Nagareyama club representative, Noda sensei. Over 30 students from varions Meiryukan clubs, both kids and adults joined the 2 hour training.

Noda sensei focused on proper uke. Keeping the connection and giving energy. Don`t be a dead uke. Let your partner feel you so they can understand the technique.

hiriki no yosei 1&2, katate mochi sokumen iriminage 1, shomen uchi sankajo osae ichi, suwari waza ryote mochi kokyu-ho 2

Tanaka sensei went through basics. We started with kamae, shakko, seiza-ho, shikko-ho then into some techniques.

shomen uchi ikkajo osae 1(tachi/suwari), followed by a bunch of jiyu-waza (both right and left sides)

Following the seminar we went out for some all you can eat and drink at a nearby Taiwan style restaraunt. Good times!

本日より入会の新会員の紹介、並びに秋の審査で帯が新しくなった会員もいたので、全員で改めて帯の結び方を行いました。

最後はかかり稽古で、「片手持ち呼吸投げ」を行いました。

Last weekend in October

On Saturday morning, due to booking problems, we held the kids and adult Kasukabe classes in Iwatsuki. It was our first time using this facility in over a year. Only a few kids could show up so we played around and had some fun with suwari waza katate aya mochi kotegaeshi as a warm up. Then we broke off in to two groups and worked on shomen uchi kotegaeshi ni, katate mochi kokyunage.

The adults practiced ryote mochi shihonage 1&2, hanmi handachi shihonage - the main focus was on keeping a balanced connection through both hands.

Saturday afternoon was as usual in Fukiage. The kids class practicied throwing techniques - sokumen iriminage 1&2, tenchinage 1&2

The junior high class did kata mochi sankajo osae 2, kokyu ho 3, tenchinage 2( hajime geiko), kokyunage

Adults worked on suwari waza ikkajo 1&2

On Sunday afternoon in Sakado we went through some shodan techniques - ushiro waza katate eri mochi ikkajo osae 2, suwari waza ryote mochi kokyu-ho 3, katate mochi kokyunage

Focus was on the raising of the hands, the correct shoulder, elbow, wrist etc. Relaxed but strong and stable.

10/14 吹上同好会

町を歩いているといろいろなところからキンモクセイの甘いいい香りがしてきます。

柿は色づき始め、コスモスも咲いて恒例のコスモスフェスティバルも行われていた様です。日中も暑くもなく寒くもなく実に過ごしやすくなりました。

１０／１４は少年部で１人の審査を行いました。いろいろな同好会にいき出稽古してきただけあっていい審査だったと思います。

審査が終わったあとは自由技を行いました。

中高生クラスは基本からみっちりやりました。

一般部は後両手持ち一ヶ条、側面入り身投げ、肘当て呼吸投げを行いましたが難しく感じたかもしれません。でもどの技も初めての時は何をやってるのかわからないものです。過剰に神経質にならずいろいろやってみてください。

Tea room kokyu-ho

Some last minute reservation problems at the Kasukabe budokan left us with no choice but to train in the tea room. We did what could with the limited space and ran through some different kokyu-ho.

kokyu-ho(四）→　create energy by attacking the center through your partner`s elbow, absorb that new energy while connecting to their center、take their balance while maintaining your own, redirect and throw.

Fall tests are finished. The results will be up on the homepage in the next few days. Back to regular training from next week.
 

春日部同好会10/7

10/7(土)春日部同好会の少年部は運動会等により、人数が少なく上級者のみだったので袴を履いて稽古をしてみました。

合気道は袴のイメージあるので、履くと気分が上がりますね！！少年部では特に履く機会がないのでとても新鮮でした。

春日部同好会の秋の審査は10/12(木)と10/14(土)になります。昨日10/12は少年部2名・一般部1名が受験しました。

それぞれ学校や他の習い事が忙しい中、時間を作り合気道の稽古を頑張ってくれて、ありがとうございます。

審査結果は約一週間後です。お疲れさまでした！
