Kazo 11/24

★学生クラス

全般、審査稽古を行いました。

★一般

前半は、第一基本技の中から、「片手持ち二ヶ条抑え（一）（二）」、「正面打ち三ヶ条抑え（一）」を行いました。

後半は分かれて審査稽古を行いました。

The last 5 minutes of each Meiryukan student class is game time. We try to mix things up with solo or team activities. After 55 minutes of strict, tense, focused training it is a nice way to let go, relax and finish the class in a more refreshed and happy way.

The junior high/high school senior students are in charge of what we will do each week. This system works out great for everyone - brings out creativity with fresh ideas as well as a bonding ground for the juniors before they graduate to the ippan class.

Knees and hips in Noda 11/19

Last night in Noda we went thoroughly through all the kihon dosa with partner followed by katate mochi nikajo osae ichi, ni and katate mochi ikkajonage.

The main focus was on using the knees and hips to control the relaxed upper body, both during sliding movements as well as pivoting movements.

Working hard Wednesday

Last Wednesday in Noda we got into test training for the upcoming Winter grading.

2 members from the junior class joined us to work on some orange belt techniques.

suwariwaza shomen uchi ikkajo osae ichi, katate mochi nikajo osae ni, shomen uchi sankajo osae ichi

As always we finished the class with a few rounds of jiyu-waza. The juniors were quite surprised to see that even the orange belts can keep up and are proficient in both shite and uke.

KAZO 11/4

★学生クラス

前半はそれぞれ分かれて基本動作を行いました。

後半は、

白帯と青帯は「片手持ち四方投げ（一）」、

茶帯と学生白帯は「正面打ち三ヶ条抑え（二）」、

学生茶帯と一般黒帯は「座り技正面打ち三ヶ条抑え（二）」を行いました。

★一般

単独で、臂力の養成（一）（二）を行いました。

今日の技は三ヶ条です。

まずは、「正面打ち三ヶ条抑え（一）」の立ち技・座り技、

黒帯は更に「後技両肘持ち三ヶ条抑え（一）」を行いました。

最後はかかり稽古で、「正面打ち三ヶ条投げ」を行いました。

Kumijo in Kasukabe

The Wednesday morning weapons class has been going well these last few months. This class is in rotation along with Inoue sensei`s senior class. Every Wednesday from 9:15 to 10:15 at the Kasukabe Budokan. *free training till 11am. Visitors always welcome!

Recenetly we have been warming up with ken soho and happo giri, followed by 31 no jo, and kumi-jo *today we worked on #5

Since the beginning of October we have also been practicing tanto soho. We are now through #6 ～#10、and will be moving onto the suwari waza of #1 ～#5 next class.

第12回市原市合気道演武大会

11月4日(月・祝)に市原市にあるゼットエー武道場にて「第12回市原市合気道演武大会」が開催されました。

今回明龍館は「明龍館A」「明龍館B」「明龍館C」と3グループ20名で参加させていただきました。

演武会に向けて各グループ練習に励み、見事に「明龍館C」のグループが「優秀賛助演武賞」を頂くことができました！！さいたま・吹上・加須・坂戸・春日部と違う同好会メンバーで構成されているため、最後まで全員が揃って練習で合わせることはできなかったけど、さすが少年部から一緒にやっているメンバー。本番は息の合った演武を披露することができました。
