Here and there during the weekdays at Meiryukan.

On Wednesday mornings we alternate the weapons class and the seniors class. Recently in the weapons class we have been going through the body movements of 31 no jo and how they are related to open hand tecniques. Also working on proper distance management using the kumi-jo kata

The Wednesday Noda kids class at the Shunpukan dojo have started into test training. We have had a lot of new enthusiastic members join the junior class over the last few months, and they are both nervous and excited to go for their first aikido test next month. Good luck to all!

The Tuesday adult class is only an hour, however, everyone always sticks around for almost an hour afterwards for free training. Test training groups, beginner groups working on basics, and even senior blackbelts playing with jiyu-waza or goshin-waza. Visitors are always welcome. Just a 5 mnute walk from Atago station.
