12/21春日部同好会

今日は春日部同好会の今年最後の稽古となりました。

もちろん稽古内容は幼少年部・一般部共に来年の鏡開きでの演武内容です。

今年はもう春日部の稽古はありませんので、稽古できるのは鏡開きまで残り1月4日の1日だけです。家で必ず復習してくださいね！

申し込みに書いてある順番と変わっていますので、自分が出る内容をわかるようにしておいてください。

会員や保護者の皆様のおかげで、今年もこうして無事に春日部同好会を終えることができました。心から感謝申し上げます。来年も楽しく稽古ができるよう努力して参りますので、何卒ご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。

体調や怪我等でお休みされた方、来年元気な姿でお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

新しい年が皆様にとって幸多き一年となりますよう心からお祈り申し上げます。

一年間ありがとうございました。

Early Christmas keiko in Noda

A few pics from the Aikido Meiryukan Noda and Kasukabe kids joint training and Christmas party.
 

December the 18th was the last Wednesday class for this year so we had a joint training for both the Noda Shunpukan junior and senior class as well as visitors from the Kasukabe club.

In preparation for the upcoming 1/11 Kagami biraki we spent the first hour running through demonstration practice.

Still alot of work to do on the demo, so try to make the Saturday class on the 21st, as well as the first class next year on the 4th. Check the schedule for details.

After training we split into groups and played a tonne of different games. Some old favorites as well as some new activities.

With all the recent strict test training and intense demo practice it was nice to just let loose and have some fun.

Thanks to everyone who helped out and also brought along some snacks for the kids.

本日は冬の審査が行われました。

幼年部初級、少年部９～10級、8級、５～６級の審査に5名が受験しました。

★一般

一般９～10級の審査を行いました。

後半は、来週日曜日に黒帯（初段）に挑戦するF君の模擬審査を行いました。

受験者の皆さん、寒い道場でお疲れ様でした❗

審査結果は来週となります。

前半はランダムに指定技を出して稽古、後半は自由技をランダムに組み合わせて行いました。

Testing has begun

Winter testing time has begun at Meiryukan.

On Sunday December the 8th, five students from the Aikido Meiryukan Saitama club tested for ranks from kindergarten middle kyu, elementary 10 ～ 9kyu, and adult 10th kyu.
 

For 3 out of the 5 it was their first grading. Although probably nervous, they sure didn`t show it. Great energy and effort!

More than just repeating a few forms or techniques... testing is about attitude, focus and spirit. You need to show it!

Results will be up on th Meiryukan homepage in about a week.

Decemeber the 22nd will be the last class of the year for the Saitama club. Following the training we will be holding our annual end of the year party.

Also if you haven`t handed in your kagami biraki application, please do so by this weekend.

 

12/7春日部同好会

来月1月11日に行われる鏡開きの練習が始まりました！

鏡開きの申し込みは12月15日までとなっておりますので、忘れないようお早めにご提出ください。

12/16(木)は少年部の審査があります。審査受験者は必ずお家で練習してくださいね！！

Early December in Meiryukan

A few pics from the last week or so...

To the left is the kids junior class on Wednesdays in Noda Shunpukan dojo.

With a few new members the energy and atmosphere has risen. Nice teamwork with the older students helping the new kids.

Following the junior class the Noda senior class get serious with reviewing at least 3 or 4 techniques before finishing with jiyu-waza.

Winter tests are next week... Are you ready? 

Last Tuesday evening at the Noda junior high school class we went though tanto soho #6-#9, then into test training.

The adult shinsa will be held Saturday the 14th at the Shimizu park gymnasium.

To the right we have the Sunday Sakado adult class working hard on behind the back techniques. We practiced ushiro ryote mochi ikkajo osae ni, ushiro ryote mochi sankajo osae ni, ushiro ryokata mochi sankajo osae ni.

Last Sunday during the bi-monthly Fukiage class held in Kumagaya we all ran through some kids orange belt techniques - katate mochi nikajo osae ni, shomen uchi shomen iriminage ni, before splitting in to groups to either work on the upcoming test or next years kagami biraki demonstration.

第一回学生稽古

11月30日春日部市民武道館にて第一回学生稽古を行いました。

下記はさいたま同好会Yさんからのレポートです。↓

学生部（仮）は学生が学生だけで企画・運営・実行をする会です。同好会の枠を超えて学生同士の交流を深めて盛り上がっていきたい！という思いからこの会を立ち上げ、今回11月30日に第一回学生稽古を開催しました。

今回は春日部市民武道館で稽古と食事会を行いました。

稽古は、基本を押さえつつ全員で役割を分担し、全員参加型で進めました。ボールを使って受け身の練習をしたり、膝行法サッカーなど普段の稽古とはまた違った、学生部ならではの稽古になりました。

稽古の後は武道館の会議室を借りてデリバリーのお弁当を頼み、食事会を行いました。自己紹介や今日の感想などを話し合ったり、トランプで遊び始めるメンバーもいたりと、自由に楽しく過ごしました。

自分たちで初めてこういった運営をしてみて先生方が様々な事に心を配って行事を運営してくださっていると実感しました。実際にやってみての課題など発見もたくさんありました。 

今回この企画を開催するにあたり、道場の予約や稽古のアドバイスなどをしてくださったジム先生、当日見守ってくださったみゆき先生ありがとうございました。

集まってくれたみんなにも感謝です。

次回は春に会いたいです！！
