Sakado test training 11/26

Test season is upon us... A full class at the Meiryukan Sakado club yesterday. Due to last Sunday being a day off because of the Fall gasshuku, yesterday's class was 2 hours of both kids and adults. We had visitors from Fukiage, Kumagaya, Fukaya and Konosu.

The first hour was kihon dosa and kihon waza, the second class was kihon waza and jiyuwaza.

Only a few weeks left till the Winter tests. An hour a week is not enough. Get to the dojo or at least practice what you can at home.
