A beautiful Wednesday morning at Meiryukan Omiya. However, the fans are out and ready for the upcoming hot and humid Japanese summer...

Today we worked on ushiro waza:

ushiro ryote mochi ikkajo osae ni
ushiro ryote mochi sokumen iriminage ni

Focus was on using the rotation of the hips to move and break our partners balance.

Kids tests will be in August.
test training starts next month.
