4/20(土)

野田市総合公園体育館にて野田同好会と合同稽古となりました。

最初の稽古(少年部・一般基本クラス)はまずは受け身の練習から、前方回転・後方回転

技1本目：片手持ち二ヶ条抑え(ニ)

受けの取り方も大事

次は座り技で行います。

最後に掛稽古で二ヶ条投げを行いました。

次のクラス(一般部)の一本目の技は後ろ両手持ち側面入り身投げ(ニ)

二本目は半身半立ち片手持ち四方投げ(ニ)

最後に後ろ両手持ち小手返しの応用技を行いました。

4/25(木)

月に2回行われる春日部同好会の夜クラス(17:45～18:45)です。

この日は1名小学生の体験者が来てくれました！！

まずは受け身の練習から。両手をついてでんぐり返しから徐々にレベルアップ。

体験者A君、なかなか運動神経がよさそうです。

一般部＆オレンジ帯以上は三十一の杖を行い、その後杖を使って受け身(杖取り)を掛稽古で行いました。

この日行った基本技は「座り技正面打ち一ヶ条抑え(一)」

少年部青帯さん達もしっかり集中して頑張ってました。

稽古最後に一般部Uさんの4級審査免状が授与されました。

合格おめでとうございます！！

春日部同好会：みゆき

New Friday class 新クラス！

 

昨日4/19(金)よりさいたま市立上大久保中学校でさいたま同好会の新しいクラスが始まりました！現在のところ19：15～20：15で月1回となりますが今後状況によって増える可能性もあります。次回は5/17(金)の予定ですので、是非ご参加ください。

Starting yesterday, a new Friday night class at the Kamiokubo junior-high in Saitama city. For the time being we are going to hold this class once a month, then go from there if interest keeps. The class is from 19:15 to 20:15. Visitors welcome! Next class is scheduled for Friday, May 17th. See you then.

Aikido Meiryukan Noda 3 locations!

The Aikido Meiryukan Noda club is one of the oldest clubs. Starting back about 30 years ago as a direct Ryu Honbu affiliated branch.

Now after a few different instructors and dojo representatives it has solidified as the biggest Aikido Meiryukan branch.

Since 2015 current dojo representative Tanaka sensei has been hard at work not only sustaining, but also expanding.

The original classes were only held on Saturday mornings at the Shimizu park sports center. We still have these classes - 9:15～10:15(kids and adult beginner), 10:30～11:30(advanced adult).

Next we added Wednesday classes at the Shunpukan dojo. 16:30～17:30(junior kids), 17:45～18:45(advacned kids and junior-high students)

After that we started a Tuesday evening class at the Noda city #1 junior highschool - 19:15～20:15(adult and advanced junior).

All the classes have a completely different atmoshphere. Comec check us out! Visitors are always welcome!

We will be having trial lessons throughout April and May. Check the HP for details.
 

Kazo 4/14

★学生クラス

まずはジム先生指導で、前方回転受身で反転動作後、腰を曲げないよう素早く背筋を伸ばして構えるよう指導を受けました。

次はJ君指導で、基本動作は体の変更（一）、技は「片手持ち側面入り身投げ（一）」を行いました。

昇級以上組は、「肩持ち側面入り身投げ（一）」の立ち技、座り技を行いました。

☟立ち技

最後にジム先生指導で後方受身の稽古を、「片手持ち入り身突き」で行いました。

★一般

後方受身の稽古で、他の人にいろいろな角度から肩を勢いよく押してもらい、大きく受身ができるよう稽古しました。

相対の臂力の養成（二）を３人一組で行い、２人の時には使わない手の動きを稽古しました。

その固定した動きを使って、「横面打ち正面入身投げ（二）」を行いました。

続いて、「横面打ち三ヶ条抑え（二）」を行い、今日は三ヶ条から引いて崩す動作を分解して行いました。

最後に「横面打ち三ヶ条投げ」をかかり稽古で行いました。 

4/11 Kasukabe

Tonight in the Aikido Meiryukan Kasukabe class we warmed up with some breakfall practice using the jo. Then about 10 minutes working on the 31 no jo kata.

Basic techniques were shomen uchi ikkjao osae ichi, katate mochi nikajo osae ichi - the main point for both techniques was the turning over of uke`s shoulder. 

We finished the class with the usual 3 or 4 rounds of jiyu-waza.

 

 

Kazo 4/7

 ★学生クラス

今日の学生クラスは、高校生のJ君（先生）が中心に指導を行いました。

今日の技は、「正面打ち一ヶ条抑え（一）」。

面からの切り下しの動作が終末動作（一）の１の動きと足腰が共通すると考えたJ君（先生）、全員で終末動作（一）を行いました。

その後、その動きを使って技を行いました。

中高生は、その他「後技両手持ち一ヶ条抑え（一）」、「後技片手襟持ち一ヶ条抑え（一）」、「横面打ち一ヶ条抑え（一）」、「片手持ち一ヶ条抑え（一）」を行いました。

全員で基本動作連続を行ったあと、かかり稽古で「正面打ち一ヶ条投げ」を行いました。

★一般

今日は四ヶ条シリーズで、「正面打ち四ヶ条抑え（二）」

「片手持ち四ヶ条抑え（二）」、「肩持ち四ヶ条抑え（二）」を行いました。

最後にかかり稽古で、「片手持ち呼吸投げ」を内よけ、外よけで行いました。
