Sakado in Kawajima

Due to booking problems at our usual location, yesterday`s Aikido Meiryukan Sakado classes were held at the Kawajima Budokan. This is a huge dojo located in the middle of nowhere. Well ventilated, decent tatami, lots of parking... and only $5 for 4 hours!

The kids class has started test training so back to basics - tying our belts, standing at attention, proper greetings(loud voice, eye contact), kamae, seiza-ho, shikko-ho, ukemi

The twins practiced a couple techniques which will be on their yellow belt test, while the juniors worked on tai no henki ichi
