Koga class

Below is a pic from the kids class at Koga Culture. Today we worked on shumatsu dosa #1 and #2 as well as ryote mochi tenchinage ichi and ni. Last August only 2 of the kids were able to test, hopefully everyone will be ready for the December tests. Ganbatte!

Above, Takada-san (uke) and Seki-san (shite) practicing suwariwaza nikajo. Today we reviewed both shomen uchi and yokomen uchi nikajo #1 and #2 as well as shomen uchi kotegaeshi and shomen tsuki kotegaeshi ichi. Takada-san will be going for shodan this December and hopefully Seki-san will be ready for 3rd kyu.
