Special demonstration training

With just over a week left until the 26th Urayasu Aikido Demonstration, we decided to pick up the pace and add a special demonstration only class during the golden Week vacation. Due to the holidays, not all the Meiryukan Noda kids could make it, but for the ones who did, it was a hard but beneficial hour and a half.

The techniques and kihon are coming together well, I am looking forward to seeing the final result on Sunday the 15th.
