9/14 Noda Shunpukan

Starting from today a few of the blue belts from the beginner class have moved up to the advanced class. Today we worked on kihon dosa renzoku and yokomen uchi ikkajo osae ichi. This was most of the students first time trying out a yokomen uchi technique...they did fairly well once they figured out the initial block.

Starting next week we will slowly get into demonstration training. The big all Japan demo will be held Saturday, October 22nd. This year 48 members from Meiryukan will be participating. Videos and pics to come!
