On Sunday the Sakado club training was held at the Kawagoe sports center. A big dojo, however shared with other groups.

We made some space in the front corner and went on with our class. The kids did ikkajo 1, 2 , the adults yokomen uchi nikajo osae ichi and test training.

Note* no training in Sakado on 6/5

Last Tuesday in Noda we worked on pivots and leading our partner. The techniques were shomen uchi yonkajo osae ni (tachi, suwari waza), and a couple of shomen uchi ikkajo nage and kotegaeshi variations. Fun class! Visitors always welcome!
