Meiryukan evening class

The Tuesday evening Noda class has been filled with new members and visitors as of late. 

This class being the only Meiryukan class starting after 7pm makes it possible for weekday working adults to get some extra training in addition to their usual weekend club. Visitors from as far as Urayasu, Kazo, Saitama city, Funabashi and even Ibaraki.

Recently we have been warming up with various breakfalls, before focusing on one or two basic movements, then into a related technique in both the standing and seated version. We finish almost every class with either a simple self defence technique or unique nagewaza. The remaining 30 mintues after class is always jiyu-waza.
