In the kids class we started out with proper back breakfalls, then into ryote mochi tenchinage ni. We then split the class and the seniors worked on ryote mochi shihonage ichi & ni, while the juniors had some fun with katate mochi kokyunage.

Today`s focus was on using the hips correctly. The timing on rotation and up/down angle.
