One week to go!

It was all test training in Nagareyama this afternoon. One boy for kids shodan, a mother and daughter combo for adult shodan, and another guy for adult nidan.

The basics are getting better, techniques are solid, concentration and spirit are up... Time to fine tune the jiyu-waza.

One week to go... ganbarimashou!
