Weekday class introduction

Tuesday mornings we have our senior class which is held from 11:15 to 12:15 at the Kasukabe Showa sports center. We worked on how to use the feet, knees, hips and upper body during pivoting movements. Then in to a technique -  shomen uchi ikkajo osae 2

Every Tuesday evening is our adult class at the Noda junior high dojo from 19:15 to 20:15. With tests coming up we always start and finish each class with partnered basic movements. Note* summer test on 7/14, no class on 7/21

Once or twice a month on Wednesday morning is our weapons class here at the Kasukabe Budokan from 9:15 to 10:15. Each class we do a little bit of ken, jo and tanto. Visitors and beginners always welcome!

Every Wednesday at the Noda city Shunpukan dojo is our kids class. The usual class is from 16:45 to 17:45. During test training times we also have an extended 30 minute lesson for the senior ranks.

Twice a month on Thursdays we hold a class at the Kikkoman Arena. It is a mixed kids/adults class from 19:15 to 20:15. We then have 45 mins. of free training after the lesson.

There is also the Wednesday morning Fukiage class, Wednesday morning senior class, as well as the Thursday evening Kasukabe class. Check the HP schedule for all the detials. See you on the mat!
