Last Sunday in Saitama the kids class went through all the basics before working on their ukemi with katate aya mochi ikkajonage

They then paired up with someone from the adult class and ran through a few basic techniques.

The adults practiced shoulder and elbow grasp hijishime #1 and ushiro ryo-te/hiji mochi sokumen iriminage.

They finished the class in groups working on some jiyu-waza
