Sakado 9/17

Today the kids and adults trained together for the first class. We did about 20 minutes of ukemi, followed by shomen uchi ikkajo osae ichi and shomen uchi ikkajonage.

The adults class focused on the upcoming All Japan demonstration techniques (ushiro waza)

October 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th we will be holding trial lessons at the Meiryukan Sakado club.
