The Yoshinkan Aikido Ryu Koga culture club has been growing little by little. 3 new members the last 2 months.
The interlocking blue mats are a bit hard, both with suriashi and of course ukemi. Making the first few months of basics even more frustrating for the beginners. Regardless, everyone has been trying their best.
Today the adults worked on kihon dosa - tai no henko ichi & ni, hiriki no yosei ichi & ni, as well as 2 basic techniques - shomen uchi ikkajo osae ni, kata mochi ikkajo osae ni.
Next Friday - shihonage!
