November Kasukabe

On Saturday in Kasukabe we had visitors from the Saitama club. The kids had an energetic class with a lot of throwing techniques. 

Even the blue belts ukemi is coming along when they are practicing by themselves, but now it is time to start putting these breakfalls to use within techniques. Today we did ikkajonage, shomen iriminage, and finished with some jiyuwaza

For the adults it was all about shomen uchi sankajo osae ni. Although ranked as a 5th kyu technique, without a doubt one of the more complicated waza amongst them all.

A long technique with a variety of complicated moves. However, each movement has its purpose and must be done correctly to smoothly connect to the following movement to not break the flow of the technique as a whole.
