sliding forward from both the front foot as well as the back foot, twisting and turning, up an down, bending and straightening knees, back and neck straight, heels up and down - and this is just about the lower half of the body...
Not just on how to use our bodies, but the flow of the technique and how we want to affect our partner. Is our partner stepping away? twisting out? weight on their back foot? or front foot? Is their elbow colliding with their body? We have to look at our partner to find OUR mistakes, NOT theirs.
