Just do some suwari waza please

Why don`t you practice suwari waza?

Ah, because you don`t like it... same thing my kids say about eating vegetables... 

Well, too bad, just do it and you will get use to it. Plus it is good for you!

Oh, but you have bad knees... Well, maybe because you only do standing techniques and have lost all flexibilty... Toughen up!
