Noda Shunpukan demo training

Last night at the Meiryukan Noda Shunpukan class the kids really picked up the pace on their demonstration training. With only 2 and a half weeks left until the big demo, time to start getting into enbu mode. The movements are getting sharper, faster, stronger, and they are all showing more confidence then they were a couple of weeks ago.

Saturday we will look at some fine points, and try to smooth up the jiyu-waza a bit as well. Watch for videos after the demo!
