Noda Tuesday 10/24

The typhoon has passed and the weather cleared up - a nice turn out at last night's Tuesday evening Noda class.

We worked on back break falls and ryote mochi tenchinage ni. Most people didn't have any problems with the first pivot, however, the second shift over was a bit tricky.










At the end of the class, Yamamoto-san tested for 6th kyu.  I seen some improvement in the kihon dosa, but still have a few details to be careful with. Results next week. Check the Meiryukan HP.
