Big kids shoes to fill...

Riku, Meiryukan`s one and only kids shodan has been training since he was 4 years old, so about 7 years now.  Rarely missed a class, sometimes even practicing 2 to 3 times per/week.

For the last year and half, Riku, along with little brother Yu, have also been coming early on Wednesdays to help me out with the junior class.

Now being a 6th grader, and becoming busier with school etc Riku will be taking a break from aikido for awhile. We wish him the best of luck and hope to see him back at the dojo soon.
