Never enough suwari waza!

Improve flexibility while strengthening hips, knees, toes and ankles through seated techniques. 

Have you ever noticed there are very few over weight people who diligently practice suwari waza? Oh, you have bad knees...? Did that come from doing suwari waza? or maybe from not doing enough...? Keep moving, keep active!
