July 10th Meiryukan

The day after shochu geiko and most of the attendees still showed up for regular practice. Nice to see!

In the morning Hanyu class the kids are back to demonstration training for the upcoming Yasukuni enbu which will be held on Sunday, September the 14th. More info to come!
 

In the afternoon Sakado class the adults worked on ushiro waza ryokata mochi ikkajo osae 2, ushiro waza ryokata mochi sokumen iriminage 2, kata mochi tekubigime kokyunage 2, kata mochi sokumen iriminage
