Yokomen uchi ikkajo osae ichi, yokomen uchi sankajo osae ichi during the kids class at Saturday`s Meiryukan Nagareyama club.

Shomen uchi yonkajo osae ni (tachi, suwari)
Shomen uchi taihenko kokyunage.

Finding the connection this morning at Meiryukan Omiya.
We worked on shoulder grasp techniques. kata mochi nikajo osae 1, 2 (standing and seated), kata mochi sokumen iriminage 1

Nothing beats a nice work out to start your day off right. Come join us at the Yoshinkan Aikido Meiryukan Omiya club every Wednesday morning from 9am.
