On Tuesday at the Aikido Meiryukan Noda club we practiced shomen tsuki kotegaeshi ichi(tachi,suwari), shomen tsuki kokyunage
Proper distance and timing were the main focus. We also worked on riding our weight, not just pushing with our hands.
The senior class worked on leadership skills. Each person took a turn running things. As simple as just lining people up or actually teaching techniques.
