イベント案内：第20回靖国神社奉納演武大会

令和7年9月14日(日)第20回靖国神社奉納演武大会が開催されます。

今回で明龍館の参加は3回目。前2回は小学校高学年～大学生のメンバーで出場しましたが、今年は幼稚園生～中学生の15名が出場します！！

演武大会に向けて小さい子供たちが頑張って練習していますので、ぜひ見に来てください。

令和7年9月17日(水)～21日(日)に塩田剛三合気道連盟主催の「110周年 塩田剛三フェスティバル」が開催されます。

イベント詳細は塩田合気道様のホームページにてご確認ください。ジム先生も演武で参加します。

Another Sunday at Meiryukan

The adult Kazo class warmed up with a review of the 6 basic movements while using the bokken. It is alot easier to see when you are out of alignment or the upper and lower body timing is off. 

We then worked on both the basic and more advanced version of shomen uchi shomen iriminage ichi
 

Demonstration training in both the Sunday morning Kazo class held in Hanyu and the afternoon Sakado class.

The kids are getting better, but still alot of work to be done. Only two weeks till the enbu, so practice what you can at home.

We will hold a semi-joint rehearsal at the Fukiage class both this Saturday the 6th and the following week on the 13th. Please join if you can.

片手持ち側面入り身投げ(一) POINT→　”T”の字
 

★一般部

前半は、基本動作六本の復習から行い、そして、第一基本技のリビュー　POINT→　まずは形を正しくすること　「正・速・強・位・無」

片手持ち四方投げ(一)(ニ) POINT→　重心移動、肩口におりこむ、早めに離れないこと

片手持ち正面入り身投げ(一)　POINT→　上下動作を使います、投げる前の姿勢や空間
