Snack time after training at the Meiryukan Sakado club. Everyone brings their own cookies, chocolate, crackers etc and hand them out to everyone. A long tradition here at Sakado after each and every kids class.
With at least 3 or 4 visitors coming all the way from Konosu (30 to 40minute car ride) it is a nice way to bond a bit off the mats. I always get a big bag full of goodies for my train ride home as well.
Working on some test techniques last Friday at Yoshinkan Aikido Ryu Koga culture school. * ryote mochi tenchinage ichi
Kids and adult tests (up to adult 4th kyu) will be held on Friday, July 14th here at the Koga culture school.
Kids shodan and adults brown belt and above will take place Saturday, September the 2nd at the Meiryukan joint test/Ando Sensei special seminar held at the Kasukabe Budojo.

In preparation for their upcoming summer tests, 2 visitors from the Ryu
Konosu culture school, and Meiryukan Saitama clubs came to Omiya for the
Wednesday training.
We worked on all the 8th kyu kihon waza, as well as 3 techniques from the 5th kyu syllabus.
Saitama dokokai's Nakano-san is not only preparing for her 5th kyu, but
also the upcoming
Yoshinkan Aikido Byako demonstration and competition.
