Even the kids were hard at work with suwari waza!
In Fukiage, we tried our hands at some adult techniques. suwari waza ryote mochi tenchinage ichi. Most of them have done the technique standing, but it was their first attempt at the seated version.
Learning the placement of the hips and knees, strenthening the toes, and losening up some flexibility in the ankles and hips.
Makes for a much better understanding of the tachi waza.
