Today in Fukiage we were hard at it with demonstration training. The kids group will be showing some basic movements and related techniques follwed by jiyu-waza. For the blue belts all the techniques are new but they have been picking them up quickly. 1 month to go... 頑張りましょう！

There will be 2 adult groups from Meiryukan - tanto soho and then the regular group demonstration. There will be 16 people(8 pairs) doing tanto soho, and unfortunately we won`t all be able to get together until demo day. Remember your parts and practice at home. There will be 18 in the group demo. We plan on doing tantodori and then some throwing techniques. Still a lot of work to do.
