Saturday`s Nagareyama class was at the Hokubo dojo, quite far from the station, so unfortunately a small turn out. Regardless, we trained hard on ryote mochi waza.

Saturday monring in Noda we were back to basics. The first class was all about diagonal movements from the front foot.We ran through about 6 techniques that use this movement.
The 2nd class was chest grasp techniques.
