Buki class 9/2(水)

Today in the Wednesday weapon class we warmed up with ken soho - focusing especially on tai no henko 1 & 2, hiriki no yosei 1 & 2. We then connected the hip movements of cutting with the sword to  empy handed throwing techniques. Finished the class reviewing kumi jo #1～5
